First Pumpkin Patch of the Season!!

Fall is my all time favorite time of the year! Yesterday we went to the first pumpkin patch of the season. We had the pleasure of going with our neighbors Mark, Jen, Kayla and baby Brady. They also took us to have some really yummy burgers after. Our goal is to go to at least 2 more pumpkin patches before the big halloween day is here! 

We started to trip off with looking at the farm animals, followed up with the hay ride (and family pictures) and ended with everyone's favorite corn maze. All the kids were so cute and were such troopers... Can't wait for the next one! Maybe this coming weekend? 

Rock Star Style

This little guy is one stylish little boy. He loves helping Jarrod water the front yard and this day was no exception. He loves hanging out with his Dada whenever he can and I love watching them together and their relationship grow and change so quickly and in such an amazing way. They truly are the loves of my life.

I recently bought Brayden some rain boots, which he obviously LoVeS! After our park adventures he came home and wouldn't take these rain boots off... he even ate his whole dinner with them on. I must admit that this is the cutest rain-boot-wearing-no-pants-needed kid I've ever seen! 

Park Adventures w/my little "hero in training"

Brayden and I love having picnics at the park and adventures while Dada is at work. I've been trying to do as many outside activities as possible since the weather will be turning to "true Oregon weather" shortly. Last week I brought our camera along for this adventure. I still feel so blessed that I get to spend every single day with my little one. I captured some super cute pictures of this little guy who is growing up soooooo fast! 

Sunday Morning Hike

Since I'm so behind on my posts, we are going to do a series of quick updates of some of our adventures! 2 weekends ago we got up on Sunday morning, too late for church (oops) so we decided to go hiking... as you can see it was game day for the Bronco's so Jarrod got Brayden dressed and we hit the trails behind Pittock Mansion. It's nice that even though we live in the "Big City" we still have forest and places to hike right in town! And there is NOTHING that beats some family bonding time!

BABY shopping!

My super cool friend Kristen found out she's having a baby BOY last Thursday... so the only obvious thing to do on Friday... was to SHOP! We went to baby stores, added to her registry, had a super yummy lunch at the Cheesecake Factory! It was so much fun and for some reason I don't think this is the last of our shopping excursions! Brayden loved this little-boy car bed we found and I bought him his VERY FIRST potty. I know he's a little young to start potty training, but in my opinion it's never to early for him to get to know it! Very Very Very fun day... and a MUST do again soon!
